York, UK – 4 November 2025. Trustmarque is proud to announce that it is now an Assured Service Provider under the Cyber Advisor Scheme, a key initiative supported by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and IASME Consortium.
This recognition reinforces Trustmarque’s ongoing commitment to helping organisations across the UK strengthen their cyber resilience and ensure actionable protection against evolving threats.
The Cyber Advisor Scheme is designed to increase access to trusted, government-endorsed cyber security advice and hands-on support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As an Assured Service Provider, Trustmarque’s certified Cyber Advisors deliver expert guidance aligned with the NCSC’s Cyber Essentials framework, providing customers with practical, cost-effective, and industry-recognised advice tailored to their unique business needs.
Becoming an Assured Service Provider means customers can have complete confidence that they are working with trusted experts who have been independently assessed for both technical excellence and customer service quality.
Trustmarque’s Cyber Advisors can now provide:
Guided support to help organisations achieve and maintain Cyber Essentials technical controls and/or become certified in Cyber Essentials
Actionable advice to strengthen core security controls and reduce risk
Hands-on assistance in implementing practical security improvements that align with NCSC best practices
For customers, this ensures that cybersecurity guidance is not only credible but also inclusive - it is vital that Cyber Security remains accessible to every organisation, not a luxury reserved for a few.
Jack Pierce, Trustmarque Cyber Security Solution Architect and NCSC Assured Cyber Advisor, says:
"Ensuring that teams big or small have the key cybersecurity foundations to protect them from common attacks is becoming more important day by day. Trustmarque becoming a qualified Cyber Advisor organisation proves to our customers that they can rely on our expert guidance throughout their certification journey."
"Cyber Essentials is in my opinion a really important scheme" Jack continues to say, "it opens up the possibility of achieving a cybersecurity certification for a much wider range of organisations that would typically struggle with more complex certifications such as ISO27001."
Achieving Assured Service Provider status represents another milestone for Trustmarque, as we strive to enable all UK organisations to grow. It reflects the team’s dedication to delivering recognised support and further solidifies Trustmarque’s position as a leader in UK cyber resilience.
