Trustmarque at Cisco UK&I Partner Summit 2024: Pioneering Customer Success

On Wednesday, 13th November, Trustmarque proudly participated in the Cisco UK&I Partner Summit at Rushton Hall, Northamptonshire.

Cisco shared valuable insights into key IT industry trends, focusing on how Cisco and its partners can support customers in both the public sector and enterprise verticals in achieving customer outcomes, driving digitisation, and harnessing the power of AI.  

As recognised leaders in Customer Experience (CX) in the UK, Trustmarque was honoured to be the only partner invited to present at the summit. Natalie delivered an outstanding presentation, showcasing Trustmarque’s CX journey and its maturity over the past three years, highlighting both successes and challenges. She also provided insights on:  

• The importance of adoption services and the monetisation achievements Trustmarque has realised.  
• The current state of CX maturity among partners, engaging the audience to provide their feedback on Cisco’s observations.  
• The upcoming 360 Partner Metrics and their implications for driving excellence.  
• Daily, weekly, and monthly priorities for exceptional Customer Success Managers (CSMs).  
• Strategic planning for the next phase of CX maturity in FY25.  

Trustmarque’s Enterprise Connectivity practice followed with a forward-looking session on Cisco’s key priorities and the evolving partner capabilities required to accelerate through FY25. Together, they outlined the significant opportunities available to the partner community.
