York, UK – January 2026 – Trustmarque Ultima has been ranked sixth in the IT Channel Oxygen 250 2026, rising two places year-on-year in the authoritative league table of the UK’s largest IT resellers, managed service providers and consultancies by revenue. The Oxygen 250, published by IT Channel Oxygen, benchmarks the top 250 channel organisations operating in the UK market, ranking them according to their most recent reported revenues and overall market performance.
The news comes in the wake of Trustmarque’s merger with Ultima in October 2025, which CEO Simon Williams described as placing the business “on a trajectory towards” £1 billion in gross invoiced income (GII). The union has created a solid resale and services powerhouse, now boasting over 1,000 employees and 3,000 customers. The merger of Trustmarque and Ultima has fuelled sustained expansion, a growing customer base and continued investment in services, capabilities and people, as highlighted by Trustmarque’s improved ranking in the 2026 league table.
In 2024, pro-forma gross invoiced income reached £742 million, with Trustmarque contributing £606 million and Ultima £136 million. Discussing the combination in 2025, Williams emphasised that the contrasting strengths of the two firms “create a beautiful picture”, with Ultima’s expertise in managed services for partners such as Microsoft, HPE and Citrix complementing Trustmarque’s professional services specialisation, which includes alliances with Microsoft, Cisco, IBM and Hitachi Vantara.
