London, UK – October 13, 2025: Trustmarque is proud to announce that Service Design Architect, Nafeesah Ikram has been honoured with not one, but two prestigious awards at the CRN Women and Diversity in Channel Awards 2025: Mental Health Champion of the Year and Unsung Hero – Reseller/Solution Provider.
Nafeesah’s recognition reflects her strong dedication to mental wellbeing and her consistent support for colleagues across Trustmarque. Her double win at the awards was underpinned by the judges’ comments: for the Unsung Hero – Reseller/Solution Provider category, Nafeesah submitted a fundamentally humble entry, standing out as someone whose enormous impact has lifted her out of the background. The judges described her contribution as “remarkable”, highlighting how she has quietly but powerfully changed the landscape within the business.
For the Mental Health Champion of the Year award, Nafeesah brought her lived experience into her entry, making it deeply personal and authentic. The judges noted her solid initiatives, which have been both strategic and deeply impactful in a short space of time, and praised her for her genuine drive to create meaningful change.
Across Trustmarque, her work has changed mental health conversations and prompted action throughout the organisation. These awards show the support and confidence her colleagues and leaders at Trustmarque have given to help make drive conversations and understanding of mental health.
She has all paid tribute to the remarkable women she works alongside a Trustmarque, including Heather Perriam, Lisa Maines, Marsha Waugh Lewis, Jessica Winfield, Milla Rosa, Megan Taljaard, Julia Bluckert and Emma Green. “Your strength, compassion, and leadership lift others higher every day,” she said.
Livingstone Managing Director and Wellbeing at Work executive sponsor, Lisa Maines added: “We could not be prouder of Nafeesah for this incredible and wellearned achievement. Her passion and dedication genuinely inspire us all, and it’s wonderful to see her hard work recognised on such a respected platform. We will continue to shine a light on the crucial conversations around mental health and diversity in our industry.”
Nafeesah concludes that winning these awards reinforces "the importance of leading with empathy, courage, and consistency. It is a reminder that wellbeing should not only be spoken about, it should be lived."
