We are delighted to announce that two Trustmarque entries have reached the final of the CRN Channel awards 2024.
Our nominations showcase the progress and talent across Trustmarque, bringing together phenomenal impact from our Public Sector division for the ‘Partner of the Year’ category, and celebrating the launch of Encircle (DEI initiative) within the ‘Best DEI initiative’ category. We are now pleased to confirm that both submissions have made it to the final round with the winner announced on the award night on Thursday 14 November.
Trustmarque is a key Public Sector Partner and we deliver the value of technology to support citizen services and our communities. Our services have a lasting powerful impact, changing the way services work for the better, as Chris Jones explains:
“It has been an honour to support our submission for this year’s CRN Channel Awards. We are so proud that our team’s commitment to delivering for UK Public Sector has been recognised and it is a testament to the difference we make to UK society every day. I am so proud of the team for making it to the final of the prestigious CRN awards.”
Chris Jones, Head of Public Sector, Trustmarque
As an example of our work in society, our ground-breaking work hit the headlines as the ‘world’s first’ IVF research dashboard using 33 years of UK data, across 665,000 NHS and private patients. In partnership with the regulator Human Fertility and Embryology Authority (HFEA), we launched a new national data platform for IVF results, demystifying some of the IVF complexities and to support couples in their journey of becoming parents.
Our focus for Public Sector is on improving services across the UK:
We are incredibly proud that our impact on UK society has been recognised through this CRN nomination.
This year we have committed to fostering a culture of inclusion. Supported by Chief People Officer, Marsha Waugh-Lewis and Chief Operating Officer, Stuart Daley, and Co-Chaired by Viv Williamson and Giorgia Litwin, the Group’s first DEI committee, Encircle was born in February 2024.
Made for colleagues, by colleagues, Encircle is a platform to embrace our differences while recognising the strength that they bring to our organisation.
“The overwhelming range of feedback that I have received over the last 6 months since we launched Encircle has been incredible; many colleagues have shared deeply personal situations and knowing that by hearing “someone like them” has made them feel more accepted, or by telling their story they feel “more heard” has made it so worthwhile. The Encircle team’s energy throughout has carried us all through, with many tears and much laughter!”
Vivienne Williamson, Client Director and Encircle Co-Chair, Trustmarque
“I’m absolutely delighted that Encircle has been shortlisted for the best DE&I Initiative of the year – it shows recognition for a number of passionate individuals who have come together to drive inclusivity and belonging in such a powerful way. This is only the start of the journey, and we’re all excited to do, learn and achieve more. Promoting DE&I can be transformative to both individuals and businesses, and playing a role in that for Trustmarque is something we are really proud of.”
Giorgia Litwin, Client Director and Encircle Co-Chair, Trustmarque
Encircle is a voluntary activity that Trustmarque colleagues take up alongside their day-to-day activities. In the last 6 months alone we have increased understanding around Mental Health Awareness week, York Pride sponsorship, International Women’s Day, sharing how to support colleagues observing Ramadan as well as launching enhanced menopause and life changes policies.
The committee comprises of colleagues from all teams, and is underpinned by an active community on Viva Engage.
