In March 2022, Trustmarque was acquired by One Equity Partners (OEP) – a private equity firm focused on the industrial, healthcare, and technology sectors in North America and Europe. We are leveraging OEP’s experience from past investments in IT services businesses to accelerate the reach of our value-added services within the UK.
