Copilot and AI
What is your AI Productivity Persona?
Copilot was a standout in the Productivity Zone at Fusion Live, with Sarah Miles showing how Copilot and AI agents are transforming work, helping every employee automate tasks, boost efficiency, and unlock new ways of working.
The AI Productivity Persona quiz revealed “Automator” as the most common persona, which is a positive sign: it shows many are embracing automation and using AI to improve productivity, an important first step. However, Sarah’s research highlights that the real journey is towards becoming a “Frontier Firm”, where organisations move beyond automation to human–AI teams, and ultimately, every employee becomes an “Agent Boss” who directs and manages AI agents to amplify their impact.
