The bids and tenders team are responsible for the initial identification of opportunity right through to bid submission, deal shaping, and managing commercial risk with contracts.

Our governance, risk, and compliance team ensure Trustmarque maintains and surpasses accreditation standards. The Trustmarque Microsoft Operations team supports all transactional queries, processes, and provides operational excellence to ensure a smooth buying experience for all our customers.

Managed Support Services

The safest pair of hands – our Managed Support Services team provides outstanding support to all customers. Our specialised Managed Support Services for datacentres are offered to all on-premise storage and infrastructure customers. Our dependable Service Desk team offer rapid response to troubleshoot any technical problems to reduce downtime and ensure business continuity.
