About Us

Armed Forces Covenant

At Trustmarque, we are proud to stand alongside the Armed Forces Covenant, a national promise to ensure that those who serve or have served in the UK Armed Forces, and their families, are treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy, and society they protect.

In 2025, we formally signed the Covenant on behalf of Trustmarque Solutions Limited, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to social value and public service.

The Armed Forces Covenant is built on two core principles

  • That no member of the Armed Forces community should face disadvantage compared to other citizens in the provision of public and commercial services.
  • That special consideration is appropriate in some cases, particularly for those who have given the most, such as the injured and the bereaved.

Standing with Those Who Serve

Inspired by a grandfather who served as a First Class Warrant Officer, Programme Test Manager and Armed Forces Covenant Co-Lead at Trustmarque, Jessica Winfield brings a deep personal connection to her work supporting the armed forces.

“My grandad’s leadership shaped my values, and I’m proud to carry that legacy forward.”

Focused on the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, Jessica is working to strengthen partnerships and deliver policies that make a real difference for service members and their families.

quotemarks I volunteered to help lead Trustmarque’s Armed Forces covenant pledge so I can use my experience as an ex-services member to help those that have served their country to gain meaningful and successful careers outside of service as they settle into civilian life. Having spent 11 years as a regular soldier including active service in Northern Ireland, followed by another 5 years in the reserves as a commissioned officer, I know first-hand what it’s like to transition from a military environment into the Corporate world and am passionate about helping ex-service men and women make that same journey.
