New Trustmarque and Ultima Business Solutions have completed their merger, officially joining forces to lead the future of IT services.

Two Trustmarque-Ultima leaders named as CRN Women & Diversity Judges

Trustmarque-Ultima is proud to recognise two outstanding women who continue to shape, influence, and elevate conversations around representation in the technology sector.

Chief Revenue Officer, Tanaz Gould and Service Design Architect, Nafeesah Ikram have been invited to serve as judges for the CRN Women & Diversity in the Channel Awards. Both women bring deep experience and authentic advocacy into their judging roles. Their dedication to uplifting others and driving genuine change is felt not just within our organisation but right across the industry.

Tanaz has been a driving force behind strengthening pathways for women in leadership, pushing forward conversations on equity, development, and ensuring that women across the business have the opportunities and visibility they deserve. Since joining the Trustmarque Group in 2024, she has established learning and development routes for women in sales, and laid the foundations for a leadership forum for women, launching later in 2026.
