
Trustmarque Celebrates Finalists in the CRN Women and Diversity in Channel Awards 2025
Trustmarque is thrilled to announce that several of our outstanding employees and our dedicated DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) network, Encircle, have been shortlisted for the prestigious CRN Women and Diversity in Channel Awards 2025.
Trustmarque’s nominations this year recognise dedicated individuals and teams. Our commitment to DEI remains strong, and investment in women’s professional growth has led to a 15% reduction in our mean gender pay gap in 2024.

Meet our finalists
With over a decade of experience delivering Microsoft business solutions, specialising in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps, Heather Perriam, Practice Lead, is a finalist in the Technical Employee of the Year category. Talking about this recognition, Heather commented:

Programme Test Manager (Acutest part of Trustmarque) Jessica Winfield, who has been shortlisted for both the CRN Woman of the Year and Rising Star Award – Reseller/Solution Provider, shared her excitement:

Trustmarque’s Service Design Architect, Nafeesah Ikram, is a finalist for Unsung Hero – Reseller/Solution Provider and Mental Health Champion of the Year. Nafeesah stated:

Encircle: Championing Diversity
Encircle, Trustmarque’s DEI forum, is a finalist for the Championing Diversity Award. Megan Pudney, Operations Director and Chair of Encircle, commented on the news:
