Trustmarque Group appoints Marsha Waugh Lewis as Chief People Officer

York, UK – 21 August 2023 – Trustmarque Group announces the appointment of Marsha Waugh Lewis as Chief People Officer. Marsha Waugh Lewis joined the business as of Monday 14 August, sitting as part of Trustmarque’s Executive Leadership Team in the position.

Marsha’s arrival will see her play a pivotal role in driving forward with Trustmarque’s people strategy as she will lead the Human Resources team across the Trustmarque Group.

Trustmarque CEO Simon Williams commented on the appointment:

Speaking during her first week at Trustmarque, Marsha added:

Marsha has extensive experience in executing people strategies, management development, organisational design and culture, employee engagement and DEI in the Technology sector. Marsha was previously Director of People and Culture at Healx. Prior to Healx Marsha worked at NTT DATA and FIS Global where she led teams through acquisitions, integration and cultural transformation. Marsha is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and has driven step change in these areas throughout her career.

Laura Saunders, who held the role on an interim period will now move back to her position as Head of Human Resources. Together, the team are responsible for talent acquisition, responsible business, learning and development, employee engagement, reward, recognition and performance.

In the new structure Rosanna Williamson (Head of Responsible Business and Personal Development), Rob White (Head of Recruitment) and Laura Saunders (Head of Human Resources) will report to Marsha heading up the respective business areas.
