Celebrating employee success at Trustmarque – Q4
We are pleased to share the winners of our quarterly employee recognition scheme.
Set up nearly 10 years ago, the Trustmarque Celebrating Success scheme aims to recognise the wins and lift you the talented individuals across Trustmarque. At the end of 2023, we received over 90 nominations for our quarterly Celebrating Success award scheme.

For the first time in its history, we are celebrating these colleagues publicly to ensure they get the recognition they deserve. This quarter’s winners are:
- Alice Mills (Business Change Manager) – for the outstanding work completed on the annual commission project.
- Andrew Dalton (Business Productivity Consultant) – for his emergency help following a customer ransomware attack.
- Darren Wildgoose (Enterprise Architect) – awarded for the work he has completed with a complicated multi-stream services customer.
- Hannahlise Archer (Commercial Manager) – for her diligence in compliance and governance relating to customer sign offs .
- John Hodgson (Head of Procurement) – John has shown innovation in addressing and solving some ongoing issues related to framework recording. He has also been key in enabling Trustmarque to be an early adopter of the CCS online catalogue platform for TePAS 2.
- Lisa Benjamin (Head of Sales Support) – Lisa has shown innovation in addressing and solving some ongoing issues related to framework recording. Lisa and John have also been key in enabling Trustmarque to be an early adopter of the CCS online catalogue platform for TePAS 2.
- Micheal Ranaldo (Senior Penetration Tester) – for his work on an urgent customer requirement regarding NHS email security.
- Natalie Allsopp (Head of FP & A)- for her work completed on the annual commission project.
- Raul Codesido (Principal Technical Assurance Consultant) – Raul consistently goes above and beyond in fostering a culture of inclusivity, trust, and high performance.
