How the review works:
Step 1: Review workshop – Initial review of the environment against each of the six pillars:
Step 2: Recommendations report:
Based on the output from the review a set of risks and recommendations are compiled.
Step 3: Playback session:
A run through of the identified risks and the steps for remediation.
Step 4: Follow Up:
A further review following post remediation steps and if further improvements can be made.
