Trustmarque’s Prism shortlisted at UK IT Industry Awards 2023

Taking place in London on Wednesday 8 November, The UK IT Industry Awards are designed to celebrate and promote the organisations, teams, projects, technologies and individuals who continue to help shape the future of IT, our industry and digital society. The largest and most well-known event in the technology industry calendar, the awards enjoy a level of professionalism and industry knowledge not seen at other shows. From transport apps and online shopping baskets to literally saving lives, modern IT impacts all of us.

We are delighted to announce that Prism has been recognised in the category of Innovation of the Year. The Prism team at Trustmarque is made up of solution architects and consultants, including James Mounsey-Moran, Prism Product Lead and Solutions Architect, Damien Masterson, ITAM Consultant, Chris Phillips, Principal Consultant and Oliver Atkinson, Web Application Developer.
We caught up with James to find out more about Prism and the excitement around the nomination news:
How does it feel to be shortlisted?
I am so happy Prism has been shortlisted as a finalist for the UK IT Awards and for the second time as well! Prism has proven to be such a success within Trustmarque as well as providing our customers with a great amount of value. Having the opportunity to innovate alongside our customers has shown what can be achieved when we look to collaborate with multiple practices within Trustmarque, our end customers as well as multiple partners.
Being shortlisted for the UK IT Awards for the second time proves the platform’ success as we continue to evolve and innovate in the IT industry.
What’s the history of Prism and the plans for the future?
Prism originally entered the UK IT Awards as a finalist back in 2019. Since then, we have built on the platform significantly and driven the value we provide to customers to new heights. Working across key Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, Prism allows for the identification of optimisation opportunities whilst building on the breadth of services Trustmarque has to offer. Meaning we can provide a clear and innovative approach to supporting our customers.
As we move forward into the future and considering the mainstream adoption of AI technologies, Prism will expand on these solutions to even further cement our ability to give clear, accessible and actionable insights to our customer base whilst ensuring Trustmarque are best in class to support more out the box ways to optimise and implement the best solutions for our customers.
Why was Prism recognised in this way?
Prism has been recognised as finalist in the UK IT Awards innovation category due to the success and value we have managed to achieve alongside our customers in an extremely fast way. Our customers have been an integral part of the development of Prism and will continue to be, ensuring we are always best placed to serve our customers as we innovate in response to current and future requirements whilst not presenting solutions that are limited to one user base or as complex as the tools used to manage them. Prism will continue to be a transformative data platform that seamlessly harnesses the power of Trustmarque’s services, delivering rapid insights, actionable answers, and advanced predictive intelligence to users across the Microsoft suite.
